Booking & Appointment Policy

• Deposit: A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
• Deposit Use: Your deposit goes toward your final service total.
• Rescheduling: You may transfer your deposit once if you reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.
• Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid by card on the day of your appointment.

Important Guidelines

1. Rescheduling Window: Reschedules must be made 24–48 hours in advance.
2. No-Show Policy: No-call/no-shows will be charged a $25 rebooking fee.
3. Shampoo Services: Add-on shampoo (includes blow-dry + conditioning) is $25.
4. Style Changes: The style you book is the style we’ll provide. Notify us before your appointment if you'd like to change it.
5. Hair Length Requirement: Hair must be at least 4 inches long for most styles. If unsure, please contact us
6. Braiding Hair Extensions: Clients must provide their own hair extensions for all braiding services.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a forfeited deposit.
• These appointments cannot be rescheduled.
• To book a new appointment, you will need to pay a new $25 non-refundable deposit.
